RJ Dean Plasterers have a long-standing relationship with Vinci across a range of services including maintenance, emergency call outs, to planned kitchen and bathroom re-furbs. One element of the maintenance work is external rendering which we completed on a property in Nacton Village in May this year.
We supplied and erected a tower scaffold and proceeded to hack off any disturbed render. External beads were fixed and a sand cement scratch coat was applied, followed by a sand cement lime float finish. The tenant was very pleased with the completed work.
Maintenance work is very client focused and we liaise with the tenants to ensure the job runs smoothly and to a high standard. Vinci is one of our main clients and we have worked with them since 2005. We have a strong working relationship with them and we enjoy the variety of projects we are involved with.

Temple properties is a building company we have a strong relationship with, we have done a vast amount of work for them over the past 4 years. The property we worked on in Forward Green near Stowmarket was very challenging, there was a wide range of methods and skills used to ensure this house was done to the very highest standard. There was a sand cement render applied to new block work, fixing plasterboard to ceilings and internal stud walls all followed by a skim coat plaster finish. The rooms were finished off with 5inch coving. Once the plastering was complete we laid a sand cement floor screed to the ground floor.
Then we proceeded to prepare the outside for rendering, this included fixing external beads and a sand cement scratch coat followed by a top coat consisting of sand cement and lime. The owners and builder were very pleased with the standard of our work and how well we worked with them to make sure the job ran smoothly. We value the relationship we have with Temple Properties and look forward to more exciting projects in the near future.
